Spring Equinox Ritual Gathering
Spring Equinox Ritual Gathering
Planting Seeds through Sankalpa and Yoga Nidra
Equal light. Equal dark.
A rare moment of balance.
In nature’s cycles, the Spring Equinox is the true new year. When the earth softens. When what was dormant begins to stir. When we are invited to initiate, not from pressure, but from steadiness.
If you have been feeling something quietly asking to emerge in you, this gathering is for you.
This is a deeply intentional evening of embodied practice, reflection, and guided Yoga Nidra designed to help you plant one clear, sacred seed for the next 90 days.
Not a to do list.
Not a productivity push.
A Sankalpa.
Sankalpa means a sacred resolve, a determination rooted in alignment. It is the kind of intention that grows because it is planted in fertile soil.
In Ayurveda, spring is the season when Kapha begins to liquefy. The body thaws. What accumulated over winter begins to move. This makes it a powerful time to both release and initiate consciously. We will briefly explore how this seasonal shift supports cleansing, new habits, and building resiliency in the months ahead.
With day and night held in perfect balance, the Spring Equinox becomes a portal into equanimity. And from equanimity, we initiate.
You will be gently guided to reflect on:
What feels complete or ready to compost
What is asking to emerge
The one seed you are ready to tend over the next 90 days
How to pursue it from balance rather than urgency
Then, through a 30 minute Yoga Nidra practice specifically designed for Sankalpa, you will plant your intention, anchored in trust, effort, and remembrance.
Yoga Nidra works with the subconscious, allowing intention to root beneath the noise of the busy mind. In this receptive state, Sankalpa is planted in the subtle body, shaping action and gently guiding destiny.
This is not about striving.
It is about alignment.
