Fresh Ginger Tea

Helps increase low digestive fire and helps reduce pain in the body.

Ingredients:

  • 1-inch fresh ginger, sliced

  • 3 cups water

  • 1 tsp raw honey (optional)

  • Juice of half a lemon (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Boil water and add ginger.

  2. Reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes.

  3. Strain and add honey/lemon if desired.
