Fresh Ginger Tea
Helps increase low digestive fire and helps reduce pain in the body.
Ingredients:
1-inch fresh ginger, sliced
3 cups water
1 tsp raw honey (optional)
Juice of half a lemon (optional)
Instructions:
Boil water and add ginger.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
Strain and add honey/lemon if desired.
