Bedtime Cleansing Meditation

Before drifting into sleep, take a few minutes to check in with yourself — not to judge, but to simply witness.

Close your eyes, place a hand on your heart or belly, and ask:

  • What did I do today — physically, emotionally, mentally?

  • How did I show up for myself?

  • What felt nourishing? What felt heavy?

“This day is finished.
I honor what came and what passed.
I do not need to carry it into tomorrow.”

Release expectations for the next day. Let your body and mind rest.

Most importantly: Make sure you are falling asleep with your own mind — not the noise or emotions of others.
This is one of the deepest acts of care you can offer yourself.

In this space of quiet awareness, you cleanse your emotions and create space for true renewal.
