Harvest & Celebrate

Autumn Equinox Ritual + Yoga Nidra | Live on Zoom | Recording available

September 21, 2026 | 6:00pm - 7:15pm (MST)

Join us for a guided Autumn Equinox ritual devoted to harvesting what has grown, celebrating what has come to fruition, and consciously preparing for the season ahead.

This 75-minute virtual gathering weaves together embodied practice, reflection, seasonal Ayurvedic wisdom, and a 30-minute guided Yoga Nidra designed to help you integrate the experiences and lessons of the season.

You will be guided to reflect on:

  • What has come to fruition in your life

  • What you are proud of and ready to celebrate

  • What this season has taught you

  • What you want to gather and carry forward

  • What has completed its cycle and can now be released

We spend so much of our lives focused on what comes next that we can forget to pause and recognize what has already grown.

This is our moment to harvest.

To gather the fruits of our effort.
To celebrate what has ripened.
To honor what didn’t grow as expected.
To receive the wisdom of the season before moving on.

Then, in a deeply receptive Yoga Nidra state, you will be guided into rest, integration, and remembrance—creating space for the experiences of the past season to settle more deeply into the body.

Equal light. Equal dark.

A moment of balance before the descent toward winter.

The Autumn Equinox marks a threshold. The abundance of summer begins to give way to shorter days, cooler nights, and a gradual turning inward. Nature reminds us that there is a time to grow and a time to gather, a time to celebrate and a time to let go.

With day and night held briefly in balance, the equinox offers us a moment to pause between these worlds.

Before we release, we harvest.
Before we turn inward, we celebrate.

In Ayurveda, autumn carries the qualities of Vata—cool, dry, light, mobile, and increasingly subtle. As these qualities begin to accumulate in the natural world, we are invited to cultivate their opposites: warmth, nourishment, rhythm, grounding, and steadiness.

We will briefly explore this seasonal transition and simple ways to support the body and mind as we move from the outward energy of summer toward the quieter months ahead.

This is not about immediately setting the next goal.

Not about asking what else needs to be accomplished.

Not about rushing into the next season.

It is about pausing long enough to recognize what has already grown.

To harvest.
To give thanks.
To celebrate.
And, when the time is right, to let go.

All participants receive 10% off the Living Rituals Planner to support you in reflecting, observing, and living in rhythm with the season ahead.
