Ayurvedic At-Home Herbalism (May 11)

from $18.00

Living Rituals Community Gathering

May 11, 2026 | 6:00–7:15 PM MST | Online - Zoom

Learn to Work with Plants as Medicine in Your Daily Life

Join us for an evening of Ayurvedic wisdom, plant energetics, and practical herbal guidance. In this class, we will explore how to build a relationship with common Ayurvedic herbs and begin incorporating them into your daily rhythms with confidence and ease.

In Ayurveda, herbs are not one-size-fits-all. They are living medicines that interact with your unique constitution, current imbalances, and the season. When used with understanding, they become powerful allies for digestion, energy, immunity, and overall vitality.

This gathering is designed to make herbalism feel approachable, intuitive, and grounded in real life.

What You’ll Experience

  • Learn the foundational energetics of Ayurvedic herbs (taste, temperature, and effect)

  • Explore commonly used herbs and their practical applications

  • Understand how to choose herbs based on your dosha and current imbalances

  • Learn simple ways to incorporate herbs into daily life (teas, powders, and rituals)

  • Begin building confidence in working with plants as medicine

Who This Is For

  • Anyone curious about Ayurvedic herbalism
