Establishing Sacred Daily Rituals (Dinacharya)

Living Rituals Community Gathering

April 13, 2026 | 6:00–7:15 PM MST | Online

Create a Nourishing Foundation for Your Daily Life

Join us for an evening of Ayurvedic wisdom, reflection, and practical guidance as we explore how to establish sacred daily rituals.

In Ayurveda, dinacharya refers to aligning your daily rhythms with nature to support digestion, mental clarity, energy, and overall wellbeing. Rather than relying only on occasional resets, daily rituals create long-term stability and transformation.

This gathering is designed to help you build a rhythm that feels supportive, realistic, and deeply nourishing.

What You’ll Experience

• Learn the foundations of dinacharya (Ayurvedic daily rituals)
• Explore “base” practices (your non-negotiable daily anchors)
• Identify “peak” practices (aspirational rituals you grow into)
• Reflect on what rhythms best support your current season of life
• Connect in a supportive community space

Who This Is For

• Anyone feeling scattered, inconsistent, or out of rhythm
• Those wanting to deepen their Ayurvedic lifestyle
• People seeking more grounding, clarity, and structure
• Both beginners and experienced practitioners
