Honoring the Peak of Light through Ritual and Deep Rest

Join us for a guided Summer Solstice ritual to honor the longest day of the year, a powerful turning point when light reaches its peak and begins its gradual return inward.

This 75 minute virtual gathering weaves together seasonal Ayurvedic wisdom, reflection, and a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practice to help you align with the energy of expansion, illumination, and transition.

You will be guided to reflect on:

  • What has come into full expression in your life

  • Where your energy is fullest and most radiant

  • What is ready to be honored, celebrated, or witnessed

  • What you are being called to carry forward as the light begins to soften

Through a sacred junction ritual, we pause at this threshold moment, neither moving forward nor back, but standing fully present at the peak.

Then, in a deeply receptive Yoga Nidra state, you will be guided into rest, allowing the nervous system to integrate, restore, and absorb the energy of the season.

Yoga Nidra works with the subconscious and subtle body, creating space for deep renewal and alignment beyond the thinking mind.

The height of light.
The fullness of life.

The Summer Solstice is a moment of abundance, vitality, and outward expression. In Ayurveda, this is the height of Pitta, fire and transformation at its peak. It is a time to honor both the power of this energy and the wisdom of softening, cooling, and receiving.

As the sun begins its slow descent, we are invited to shift from doing into being, from intensity into integration.

This is a moment to pause.
To honor.
To receive.

All participants receive 10% off the Living Rituals Planner to support your seasonal alignment and reflection.

Tiered options allow those with greater financial ease to support access for others:
