Program Policies
1. Program Overview
The Living Ayurveda Circle is an educational wellness program offered through multiple participation options, including drop-in sessions, a year-long committed path, and a monthly subscription. By enrolling or purchasing access, you agree to the following policies.
2. Refund Policy
Because this program includes immediate access to digital content, community spaces, and practitioner time, all sales are final.
Committed Path (Pay-in-Full Year Commitment)
All payments for the Committed Path are non-refundable, including early withdrawal, missed sessions, or changes in personal circumstances.
Monthly Subscription
Monthly subscription payments already processed are non-refundable. Canceling your subscription stops future billing but does not refund past charges.
Drop-In Sessions
Drop-in purchases are non-refundable.
3. Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy
Committed Path
Enrollment in the Committed Path is a full-year commitment. Early withdrawal does not qualify for a refund or credit. Access may be discontinued upon request, but financial responsibility remains unchanged.
Monthly Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing, and access will remain active through the end of the current billing period.
Drop-In
Drop-in registrations cannot be canceled or transferred.
4. Payment and Billing Policy
Applies to Monthly Subscription Only
Monthly subscriptions are billed automatically at the selected tier of $18, $22, or $33 per month.
By enrolling, you agree to:
• Automatic recurring billing
• Responsibility for maintaining a valid payment method
• Ongoing charges for each billing cycle until cancellation
Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of access until billing is resolved.
5. Missed Sessions and Recordings
Live attendance is encouraged but not required.
• Monthly classes and ritual gatherings are recorded
• Recordings are available to active members for the duration of their access
• Drop-in recordings are available for one week
We do not offer make-up sessions, partial refunds, or extended access due to missed sessions.
6. Ritual Kit Policy
Applies to Ritual Kit Add-On
Seasonal Ritual Kits are physical products prepared in advance.
• Ritual Kits are non-refundable
• Kits cannot be exchanged or returned
• Shipping delays may occur due to carriers
• Address changes must be submitted at least two weeks before shipment
If a kit is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, replacement is not guaranteed.
7. Drop-In Session Policy
Drop-in sessions provide access to one live class or ritual gathering.
• Drop-in purchases are final
• Recording access is available for one week
• Drop-in access does not include WhatsApp support or practitioner access
8. Community Conduct Policy
The Living Ayurveda Circle is a shared learning and ritual space.
By participating, you agree to:
• Engage respectfully and compassionately
• Maintain confidentiality within the community
• Refrain from unsolicited advice, medical claims, or self-promotion
• Honor the facilitation and container
We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the safety or integrity of the community. Removal does not qualify for a refund.
9. Scope of Practice and Disclaimer
The Living Ayurveda Circle is an educational wellness program.
Content shared is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease and does not replace medical care.
Participants are responsible for their own health decisions and should consult qualified healthcare providers when appropriate.
10. Program Changes
We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to scheduling, content, facilitators, or delivery methods while maintaining the integrity of the program.
